Yes, each client will receive a 1-1 FREE consultation. During the consultation we will discuss any skin concerns you may have and what results you aim to achieve. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions, we will also check your medical history to ensure you are eligible to have the treatment. A numbing cream patch test is required at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Topical aneasthetic will be applied for 20-30 minutes prior to any microneedling to provide additional comfort, we then cleanse and prep the skin. We then begin your treatment covering the targeted area(s) moving in small, circular motions. This is not painful to the client.

Your appointment will usually last around 60 minutes, this includes the application time for the numbing cream.

Your face may appear reddish and look similar to mild sunburn, this is completely normal and will resolve within 2-4 days. You will be given an aftercare treatment pack which consists of two hydrating serums to use when you leave and for the days following.

This will depend on your skin concerns and what results you are wanting to achieve. For general skin rejuvenation one treatment would be ideal. If you are wanting to target acne scarring, large pores or fine lines and wrinkles then a course of 3 may be recommended.

You may be unable to have the treatment if you:

• Are pregnant or nursing

• Have active skin cancer in the treatment area

• Have open wounds, sores, or irritated skin

• Have been on Accutane in the last 6 months

• Are currently taking Accutane or the ingredient Isotretinoin

Thoroughly remove all makeup prior to treatment.

Avoid excessive sun exposure for 72 hours prior, any sunburn must have fully settled.

Avoid shaving on the day of treatment. Shave the night before to ensure better results.

Avoid alcohol 24 hours before your treatment to minimize any bleeding or swelling.

Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, or vitamin E three days prior to your treatment unless medically necessary.

Discontinue retinol or fake tanning products 7 days prior to the treatment

It’s important to have an SPF cream readily available to use 24 hours post treatment to protect your skin, some you may find useful are HELIOCARE 360 Sunscreen, Alumier or Dermalogica SPF.

Avoid fillers 4 weeks prior and 2 weeks after for anti-wrinkle treatments.

Following your microneedling treatment:

+Use the Skinfuse LIFT HG provided to you for 24 hrs post-treatment to moisturize the skin.

+Use the RESCUE Calming Complex 24 hours AFTER treatment for a further 2 days.

-Keep out of the sun on the day of treatment and for the following 48 hours.

+After 24 hrs apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50 such as Heliocare 360.

-Avoid sunbeds & extreme heat for 14 days.

-Avoid touching the skin unnecessarily following the treatment

-Do not apply makeup for 24 hours post treatment.

-Avoid swimming for 4 days after treatment.

-Avoid other facial aesthetic treatments for 4 weeks. Speak to your practitioner for advice.

-Do not shave or use aftershave products for 72 hours

-Avoid vitamin C, retinol and fake tanning products for 7 days following.

-Don’t put anything on your skin other than what has been provided to you by us for 24 hrs post treatment.
