These terms and conditions provide detailed information for patients considering cosmetic and medical skin procedures with House of Finch. 

 

PHOTO USAGE POLICY 

A photo consent form is required at your appointment to state whether you give permission for your photos to be used for social media, advertising, or online usage. 

CONSULTATIONS & PATCH TESTS 

Consultations and patch tests are FREE of charge; this can be booked upon request by contacting Info@houseoffinch.co.uk , through Instagram at @house.of.finch_aesthetics or Facebook at www.facebook.com/houseoffinch 

BOOKING FEE POLICY 

For Skinpen® microneedling courses of 3 or 6 we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking and the rest payable at your first treatment. 

A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required to secure all other bookings, this will be deducted off your total treatment cost. Your booking is not guaranteed until the booking fee has been paid in full. The booking fee is non-refundable. 

PAYMENT TERMS 

The final payment total of the procedure is to be payable before the treatment commences. Failure to follow House of Finch payment policy may result in the treatment not going ahead and being cancelled all together. This is solely at the discretion of Jenna.  

OUR FEES EXclUDE (AS APPROPRIATE)  

The correction of previous procedures or treatments not performed by House of Finch. Additional treatments that are deemed above and beyond what was discussed at the initial consultation and price structure.  

PRICING 

House of Finch reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to consultation and may vary depending on the individual’s requirements. 

Any price quoted in your consultation will then take precedence over prices that may be quoted on website, social media or elsewhere. 

REFUSAL OF TREATMENTS 

There are several reasons that we may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual, at House of Finch we have a strict client selection criterion to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that a treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable from such treatments. Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

PERSONAL DETAILS 

You agree that we House of Finch can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with skincare services as well as providing pre- and post-treatment advice for you. 

We may also use your contact details to provide you with occasional information about other services we provide or may provide in the future. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us. If you do not tell us, we will assume you are happy to receive this information. 

REFUND POLICY 

If you are unable to complete a course of treatment due to medical reasons, we would need to see a letter from the Doctor giving the reasons you cannot continue with treatment to consider a partial refund. We would not consider any refunds at all after 12 months from the purchase date. We do not offer refunds for any other reason. For any refunds there will be an admin fee of £50. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. Your appointment is reserved especially for you therefore we request 48 Hours’ notice for cancelling appointments.  

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than our policy. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

For all appointments we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy, if you give less than 48 hours’ notice your booking fee will be lost and is non-refundable or transferable. We aim to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.  

NO SHOW POLICY/FAILURE TO ATTEND 

For clients who arrive late or fail to attend an appointment more than once or cancel outside of the cancellation policy time we reserve the right to deduct a course session from the client OR you will lose your booking fee and cannot be transferred to another appointment. We endeavour to notify you a reminder the day before your appointment, however, this is a courtesy message only and do not take responsibility for client’s reminder notifications about their scheduled appointment.
